Most of us have been guessing for quite a while what exciting things may happen on
THE day. Well, guess no more! October 28 is going to rock us all!
Starting 1 pm, it’s exhibits galore
with three presentations ready for your viewing. Learn about the PCCC Building Project and
how God can use this building mightily for discipleship and evangelism training; be
encouraged by the countless lives that were changed in our Testimony Wall; and see the
highly-acclaimed movie and evangelistic tool, Jesus Film, in its many translations!
Alongside with the several food stalls
that will cater to our varied tastes, there are amusements such as Dance Revolution, Table
Games and a lot more! Worrying about your kids getting restless during the event? Fret no
more. Bring them along for we have loads of entertainment for them, too. There’s a
play area, face painting, puppet show and storytelling! I’m sure some adults will
want to sneak into these amusements, too!
Different tents will also be set up
according to campus, ministry and region! Cross Rhythms, the PCCC musical group, will lead
the singing and a game is especially prepared to pick the alumni brain through CCC fact
and trivia questions! So, brush up on your CCC history, will you?!
But of course, one of the reunion
highlights which everybody is excited about is the chika time! This will also be a venue
for the presentation of the alumni association and its officers.
Come 6:30 pm and the night is still young!
UP Theater will see a celebration worth remembering and highly encouraging! A powerhouse
of Praise and Worship will uplift everybody’s spirit in gratitude to our Sovereign
Lord. Testimonies of lives changed through the PCCC ministries and video presentations are
also in store!
And do watch out for our speaker –
the man who had a big role in helping begin movements in Manila campuses and developing
"training strategies we still use today" – Mr. Kent Hutcheson!
But what we should all be ready for is the
realization that God has blessed Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ so well!!! And you
will clearly see it on the 28th with every familiar face you see, with every
disciple you’re going to embrace once again, and even with the people you’re not
familiar with because God can simply make us lose count! We are a big number because of
our Saviour’s power. And you’re going to witness it on this big day!
